More than just a workbook, this is your personal space to reflect, plan & take action. Write your thoughts, plan your week, and complete daily homework tasks. It keeps you engaged and moving forward. Plus, it highlights key takeaways from each day’s video, making it easy to absorb and apply what you’re learning.

If you’re the one in your group known as the liability - the one people keep around for the stories the next day? Then this course is for you. If you’re sick of your antics being everyone else’s entertainment, or of waking up and piecing together the chaos you left in your wake, maybe it’s time to switch things up.
Stepping out of that role feels weird at first. When you’ve always been the wildcard, the one who “goes the hardest,” it’s easy to think that’s just who you are. But here’s the thing - your real mates? They’ll respect it. Because truthfully, they don’t want to see you fucking up week in, week out. The laughs get hollow when it’s the same story every time. And in a few weeks, you’ll realise you don’t actually miss being the group’s walking cautionary tale.
All this for the cost of a night out and with way fewer regrets.
🚨Who is this NOT for? If you suspect you might have a dependency or struggle with alcohol use disorder, this course isn’t designed for that. Please check out the professional resources we’ve linked on our site.
This course is designed to start on a Sunday - don’t worry if you’ve had a drink that day, we’re not here to judge! Sunday is all about showing up, committing, and getting prepped for a fresh start on Monday.
From there, it’s 31 days of daily videos and workbook prompts to help you reassess your relationship with alcohol - without just white-knuckling your way through another dry month.
Each day, you’ll:
✅ Watch a video (most are around 10 minutes)
✅ Fill in the corresponding workbook section
✅ Do any quick homework tasks (usually a thought prompt or a bit of planning)
It’s small, daily actions that lead to big shifts. By the end, you’ll have explored your drinking habits in a way that actually sticks - so you can make your own decision about what comes next.
Most videos are around 10 minutes long, with a couple of slightly longer ones. There’s one rogue 30-minute one - but you’ll get a heads-up in the workbook! - I always list the video length in the workbook, so you can plan ahead.
My recommendation? Watch the video in the morning while getting ready or commuting, let the idea percolate during the day, and then do the workbook task (if applicable) whenever suits you - lunch break, evening, whenever you get a moment.
It's a tiny part of your day for 31 days - but by the end, you’ll have made a decision about alcohol that actually feels good, instead of forcing yourself through another dry month and then going right back to square one.
Be Sober AF is not your typical alcohol-free space. No lectures, no preaching and absolutely zero pressure to slap an “alcohol free” label on yourself forever. We want you to be informed and for you to make your own decision about whether alcohol has a place in your life - however that may look.
It’s for the sober-curious, the party gremlins on pause - and anyone questioning if booze is actually bringing anything good to the table. Here, we ditch the BS and get real about alcohol, habits, and why the hell we keep waking up with receipts we don’t remember acquiring.
You’ll find insights, mindset hacks and of course, the 31-day challenge designed to make you rethink drinking.
If you complete the full 31 day course & feel no different? We'll refund you 100% of the cost. So you have nothing to lose (a part from a months worth of hangovers!).
"I didn’t think 31 days could change much, but WOW. I feel clearer, more in control, and actually excited about life again. Best decision I’ve made in ages!"
"I used to joke about being the ‘messy one,’ but deep down, I hated it. This course gave me the push I needed to actually change—for good."
